DPD Courier – from £11.99 Those wanting a fully tracked and secure service can opt for shipping via DPD courier. Parcels over 2kg must be shipped with a courier service. Courier shipping cost covers one box up to 6kg, and there is a repeat charge per 6kg (one box = 60 t-shirts or 30 hoodies). Delivery should be made within 1 day from being shipped.
Delivery in the EU
IMPORTANT: *Due to changes enforced by Brexit, all orders for delivery to EU countries will be subject to regional Import Taxes payable upon delivery. To aid this, all EU customers must provide a telephone number with their order.
RM EU Zone 1 Tracked – £10.90 Zone 1 includes Germany, Netherlands, Austria, France & Italy. Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. Delivery should be made within 6-21 days from being shipped.
RM EU Zone 2 Tracked – £13.50 Zone 2 includes Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City. *THE EFFECT OF BREXIT FOR OUR EU CUSTOMERS
As a result of Brexit, all of our EU customers will become responsible for any regional import taxes and duties levied by your local tax authority. These charges will be paid at the point of delivery by the customer. In order to aid this process, all orders made from EU countries must provide a valid telephone number for our courier to avoid custom delays.
If you refuse or do not pay these charges, what happens next is out of our control. Because we do not print or ship the t-shirts ourselves, all returned goods will not be received by ourselves and therefore cannot be refunded. Any refund we may be able to offer will have a return postal charge deducted from it to ensure that we receive the returned item.
While we appreciate that none of this is ideal, it is unfortunately the way things are for the time being and we have no choice but to comply with the new regulations.
