Shipping & Packaging
All prices exclude delivery and we ship worldwide. Shipping options depend on destination and weight; available options will presented for selection when you enter your address during the checkout process. Overseas orders may be subject to additional import tax or other duties. We do not bear responsibility for such taxes, which must be paid by you as the recipient to the relevant authorities. As all items are made-to-order, purchases are shipped following production. Estimated production turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days.
All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. Depending on the size of your order, it will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailer. Our bags are folded neatly into these bags; to save on packing materials and reduce waste they are not packed into individual bags before they are shipped in these mailers. The paper postal mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit.
